Language

The state language of Morcco is Arabic, which is different from the classic Arabic, French is the second administrative and communicative language of Morocco. So official contracts can be concluded even in french or arabic.

In the North also Spanish is spoken. In Agadir a lot of people unterstand meanwhile German.

40% of the inhabitants speakone of the different berber dialects. The languge of the berber is ver y different of the arabic language. The government does not pormote this language. So at school only French and Arabic is teched also in berber districts..

Instituts for Languages :

In Morocco  only advanced learners can take part at lessons. The  Landesspracheninstitut Nordrhein-Westfalen offers f. e. courses in Arabic in Fes. www.lsi-nrw.de
