Must I have amy special
vaccination?
There
aren't any special vaccination imposed. We recommend to ask your docteur or to
inform you in a tropical institut to come to know the necessary
vaccinations ( f.e. Hepatitis A, Tetanus, Diphterie ......). In any case
a
travel first-aid bag should be taken with.
What should my travel first-aid
bag contain ?
Tablet
against headdache, tablets against fever, tablets against
diarrhoe;: medicaments against sore throat, plasters, solution to
desinfect wounds; tweezers (to remove thorns); ointment against muscular
injuries, ointments against sunburn; ointments against gnats; a set against
snakes bites (only for the desert, informations in the Pharmacy)
Do not forget to aks your doctor or the tropical institut for the necessary
vaccinations!

What can I do avoid diarrhoea
and what can I do when I already suffer?
We only gives the advices of the foreign office to your information.
Most of the infectois germs are transported through the food and the drink. If
there is only a consommation of clean water and clean drinksm there aren't
probalby any diarrhoes because of germs. There is one golden rule: "peel it, cook it or leave it"
Please remark the following Diarrhoes rules:
1. Attention of ice cubes, ice creams, seafood, all not freshly cooked food,
included dessert (pudding);
2. Imodium is a poular medicament against the diarrhoea and it is also
available in Morocco. It is not a therapy it fights only against the
symptoms. If there any blood in your saddles or if you have fever, please
consult a doctor!
3. Attention in case of any other diseases: diabetics or any chronical
diseases. Maybe you are more sensible for diarrhoea. Please contact a doctor!
What kind of equipment need I
for a trekkig tour in the desert of South Morocco?
Baggage
(travel bag, not a new one, sleeping bag, maybe with a cotton inlet; a
rucksack for a journey trip, waterbottle, a pocket-knife);
clothings: (3-4 T-Shirts, 2 long trousers of cotton, 1 shirt with
long sleeves, 1
worm & slight Pullover-Fleece-, socks,
hat or sth like that);
Shoes (1 Pair of shoes for trekking, 1 Pair o slight shoes like sandals);
Toilete articles (soap not a shower gel, maybe a dry-shampoo for cleaning your
hair without water, moist cleaning tissues for the refreshment, cream (sun-protection),
also cream for the lips);

Yes,
but please ask your "photo-object" before taking a photo. You also should
assure the motif of sending later the photo and ask for the address. And
please don't forget really to send the photo, it will be a great pleasure.
How to make a pleasure for the inhabitants
of Morocco?
We recommend you some useful gifts:
for children: f.e. ball-pen, pencills, crayons, little notebooks for drawing,
little soft toys, every kind of clothes;
for the adults: tablets against headdache, fever etc. but only free
medicaments please, Clothes, toilet articles (soaps, creams, perfumes),
soluble coffee
