Ksar es Saoussan
Jean-Laurent of Paris opens 1992 in the patio and the salon of a renovated old Riad this pleasant restaurant for individual people. Experienced Moroccan cooks prepares their wonderful dishes like the Pastilla wit the fragrance of orange blooms.

It is a popular meeting point. Fresh fruit juices, yoghurt, ices, good coffee and a various choice of cakes from the Patisserie are available. Sometimes it is difficult to get a place after 6.30pm

The roof terrace is a magnificent place to look over the most popular scene of Africa, the place Jemaa el Fna. A lot of tourists came only to take some photos that’s why you have to drink something now.
